Niv Rosenberg is a 22 year old Tel Aviv native who traded army life for Jaffa’s culinary scene. From Beit Romano to his current role at OCD, via a bar kitchen and Danon training, Niv uses food as a creative outlet. His ambition extends beyond cuisine,encompassing music, cinema, fashion, and sports. Inspired by honesty, ambition, and courage, Niv finds balance through boxing, yoga, the sea, and loved ones.
